Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an operational coordinator at TLV HELICOPTERS located in Herzliya. The role involves managing and executing day-to-day operational activities related to flight coordination, client liaison, and implementing safety protocols.
Planning, coordination, and execution of VIP flights, experiments, etc.🔹 Ongoing work with the Air Force, regulators, and premium customers
🔹 Daily contact with air crews, engineers, and suppliers
🔹 Responsibility for operational qualifications, training, and monitoring
🔹 Combining coordination, operations, and operational thinking every day looks different!
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of aviation regulations and procedures
- Experience in logistics and scheduling
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Proficiency in Hebrew and English languages
- Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus
