Technical Support Engineer

A well-established technology company in Petah Tikva is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join its development team.
This is a full-time position supporting an enterprise-grade infrastructure product for multi-platform message distribution (SOPRANO). The role is part of the R&D department and reports directly to the VP of Development.

You will serve as a key link between the support and development teams, responsible for analyzing technical issues, supporting product stability, and continuously improving internal processes. This role requires both strong technical understanding and excellent communication skills.

Requirements:
*Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Software Engineering
*Proven familiarity with APIs, especially REST
*Understanding of endpoints and web/network infrastructure (HTTP-based environments)
*Experience with SQL, UML, and reading flowcharts- an advantage
*Strong interpersonal communication and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
*Curiosity, self-learning ability, and a structured approach to problem-solving
*Team player who can adapt to a dynamic environment
