Job Responsibilities:
Planning and Supply Management:
Leading the planning team, creating work plans, setting delivery timelines, and monitoring order execution for both local and international markets.
Operational Control and KPIs:
Tracking and analyzing operational and quality metrics (e.g., OEE, efficiency, target achievement), generating periodic reports to identify bottlenecks, improve performance, and manage inventory.
Cross-Department Coordination and Target Fulfillment:
Ongoing monitoring of shortages, workload, and alignment between planning and execution; coordinating with various departments to meet organizational goals.
Acting as the Production Planning & Control (PPC) Manager when needed:
Overseeing subcontractors, monitoring production line capacity, workforce standards, and resource planning according to production and delivery requirements.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management – a significant advantage
At least 3–4 years of proven experience in similar roles within an industrial/manufacturing environment
High proficiency in Hebrew and English – both written and verbal
Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel
Experience working with ERP systems – an advantage
