VP of Manufacturing Operations

We are seeking a VP of Manufacturing Operations to lead and optimize our operations in a fast-growing high-tech company.

Your day-to-day will look like:

• Lead global production operations through contract manufacturers (CMs).
• Manage internal ATE, purchasing, planning, and quality teams.
• Develop and execute a scalable, cost-effective manufacturing and operations strategy.
• Oversee NPI processes from engineering to mass production.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers, OEMs, and contract manufacturers.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Finance teams to align production with product roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, covering procurement, logistics, vendor management, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure effective planning, inventory control, and operational scalability across the supply chain.
• Lead ATE development and ensure testing reliability and efficiency at scale.
• Optimize manufacturing cost structures while maintaining product quality and delivery standards.

You’d be a good fit if you have:

• 6+ years in Ops/ manufacturing leadership within a high-tech industry (hardware, electronics, IOT)
• Proven track record of scaling in a high-growth environment.
• Experience managing Engineering and ATE teams
• Experience managing budgets and driving cost reduction initiatives.
• Experience managing and launching new assembly lines with global CMs
• Deep understanding of supplier ecosystems, contract manufacturing, and global logistics.
• Ability to mitigate risks, manage crises, and ensure supply chain and manufacturing resilience.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
