About the Role

We're looking for an engaged and hands-on Academic Success Manager to take full ownership of the student journey in one of three key domains: Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or Cybersecurity. As an Academic Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a group of students. By providing personalized support, guidance, and interventions when necessary, you will play a key role in helping students achieve their academic and career goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the student journey: Support and guide students from their first steps in the program to being fully prepared for the job market.
• Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for your assigned students, addressing any challenges or concerns they face throughout the program and offering proactive solutions.
• 1:1 Student Meetings: Conduct weekly check-ins with students (via Zoom) to track their progress, offer guidance, and provide constructive feedback to help them stay on course.
• Progress Monitoring: Track student academic achievements and milestones, ensuring they are on the path to becoming career-ready.
• Retention & Satisfaction: Monitor and improve student retention and satisfaction levels throughout the program, identifying potential risks early and addressing them to maintain a positive student experience.
• Proactive Support: Identify early signs of academic or motivational challenges and provide timely interventions to help students overcome obstacles and stay on track toward completing the program.
• Success Strategy: Work closely with the Academic and Support teams to ensure every student gets the personalized help they need to succeed, including mock interviews and job search preparation.

Qualifications

Must-haves:

• German proficiency: C1 level or higher is required.
• Exceptional communication skills: Ability to engage and connect effectively with students and colleagues.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with students and colleagues alike.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to monitor and track the progress of multiple students simultaneously.
• Results-driven and proactive: A hands-on mindset - focused on achieving outcomes, taking ownership of responsibilities, and finding solutions.
• A genuine desire to help others grow and succeed, ensuring students achieve their academic and career goals.
• Full-time, on-site work from our Tel Aviv office.

Nice to-haves:

• Proven experience in academic advising, student success, or a similar account management role, preferably in an educational or training environment.
• Familiarity with startup environments: Experience working in tech or a fast-paced startup
• settings.
• Basic domain knowledge in Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or Cybersecurity, with the ability to understand and guide students through their academic journey in the relevant field.
