Job Description

• Lead the Commercial Technologies and Innovation Project Management team in delivering systems and innovation initiatives that support commercial growth.
• Directly manage and develop a team of three project managers, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance management.
• Own and optimize the enterprise CRM platform (Salesforce), ensuring it supports operational and strategic business needs.
• Drive the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies, with a strong emphasis on artificial intelligence (AI), automation, and data-driven tools.
• Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Collaborate closely with Global Customer Experience and Marketing teams to ensure system and innovation efforts support customer engagement and brand strategy.
• Act as the primary liaison to IT, technical experts, and external vendors to ensure effective integration, performance, and support of all systems and platforms.
• Standardize and continuously improve project management methodologies and practices across the team.
• Monitor project risks, timelines, dependencies, and resources, proactively resolving issues to maintain momentum.
• Establish strong communication channels, project documentation standards, and governance models across all initiatives.
• Champion a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning within the team and broader organization.
  
  

• 7-10 years of proven experience in project management, combining business and technological projects- Must.
• 5 years of hands-on experience managing a broad range of enterprise-level systems and business applications such as Salesforce, AI platforms, marketing automation tools, BI tools, customer portals, and website platforms.
• Experience in managing a direct team, providing leadership, mentorship, and professional development to team members- Must.
• Salesforce Administrator, Pardot, or other relevant system certifications- Must
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Background in solution architecture or business application management is advantageous
• Experienced in successfully initiating and driving projects in global complex organizations, leading successful execution.
• Experience working with and directing cross-functional teams, vendors, and third-party service providers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities and a variety of stakeholders.
