Senior Mobile Engineer

We’re looking for a Mobile Architect to take a leading role in shaping the architecture and technology decisions throughout the product lifecycle. You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies and lead the development of new features end-to-end in Swift (SwiftUI/UIKit) and Kotlin (Jetpack Compose), while promoting clean, maintainable code practices.

This is a key technical leadership role, requiring a hands-on mindset, the ability to guide developers, enforce best practices, and make strategic decisions around mobile development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and define technical direction throughout the product lifecycle
• Develop new features end-to-end using Swift and Kotlin with SwiftUI/UIKit and Jetpack Compose
• Mentor and support team members, conduct code reviews, and enforce best coding and testing practices
• Collaborate with DevOps to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, and continuously improve test automation (Unit/UI)
• Work closely with Product, UX, and QA teams to turn ideas into scalable and high-performance mobile solutions
• Optimize performance, identify bottlenecks, and leverage analytics tools to ensure smooth user experience

Requirements:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience developing mobile applications in Swift and/or Kotlin
• Deep understanding of mobile application lifecycle, proven experience designing complex systems, managing app distribution, and store certification processes
• Strong experience with modularization and mobile architectural patterns (e.g., MVVM, VIPER)
• Proficient with SwiftUI, UIKit, and Jetpack Compose
• Experience writing automated tests (unit and UI)
• Strong leadership and ownership skills — ability to influence without authority and lead decision-making processes on new features and technologies
