Creative & Digital Manager – Animator/Designer

We’re looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Animator/Creative Designer to join our marketing team and bring bold ideas to life through compelling content.

In this key role, you’ll lead the production of animated videos across multiple platforms – from marketing and social media videos to product explainers and tutorials. You’ll also contribute to refining and evolving our visual brand language, support design for marketing campaigns, and collaborate closely with product and content teams.

Responsibilities:

Create and produce 2D animations, combining video, typography, graphics, and illustrations.

Develop animation concepts from ideation to final delivery.

Design banners, icons, visuals, and other digital creative assets.

Collaborate with designers, copywriters, content creators, and product teams.

Produce short-form videos for campaigns, social media, product/UI, landing pages, and more.

Adapt creative content to different target audiences while maintaining brand consistency.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as an animator in a digital/creative agency or studio – required.

Proficiency in After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop – required.

Strong design skills, creative thinking, and ability to work independently.

Experience working on B2C mobile products.

Proven track record in motion design and short-form video production – required.

Familiarity with video editing tools such as Premiere – advantage.

Solid understanding of brand visual language and experience with fast-paced production cycles.

A strong, up-to-date portfolio showcasing animation and design work – required.

Creative mindset, attention to detail, and team-oriented.

Full proficiency in Hebrew – required.

Big Plus:

Experience in the fintech or crypto industry.

Experience creating social-first animations (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).

Knowledge of 3D animation tools (Cinema 4D, Blender).
