We are looking for our next Quality Engineer – Hardware

Job Description:

Managing quality issues in integration – Collaborating with the integration team, warehouse, procurement, and supply chain to enhance process flow, investigate failures, and prevent recurring issues using data analysis, audits, and corrective actions.

Performing incoming inspection – Evaluating received materials and components, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and understanding their impact on production and development.

MRB (Material Review Board) management – Overseeing the entire MRB process to improve material quality and streamline internal workflows.

Leading failure investigations – Conducting root cause analysis to drive process improvements and ensure continuous quality enhancement.

Leading FAT – Conducting final acceptance tests for machines before release to customers, ensuring compliance with specifications.

Managing calibration – Supervising the company’s calibration processes to maintain accuracy in measurements and testing.

Conducting internal audits – Ensuring compliance with quality standards and internal procedures in integration processes.

Minimum Requirements:

• Academic Degree: Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or CQE Certification
• Experience: At least two years as a Quality Engineer in hardware
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• High-level English.
• High motivation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
