Full Stack Engineer

About the position

We’re on the hunt for an amazing Full-stack developer here at EverAfter In this role, you will work on a highly complex system that requires dynamic UI generation with numerous integrations. You will be responsible for building and maintaining features, including a module for customizable workflows and an actions builder, all configurable through a no-code platform. The system is designed to handle thousands of requests simultaneously, and you will play a key role in ensuring its performance and scalability. Collaborating closely with the product team, you'll help deliver a seamless user experience while solving challenging problems. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the product and its ongoing development.

Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of features, systems, and processes, ensuring end-to-end responsibility.
• Work as part of a strong team, continuously improving your skills while sharing knowledge with others.
• Stay up-to-date with the best technologies and contribute to designing the system architecture.
• Collaborate with the product team to develop cross-system services and create an exceptional user experience.
• Operate in a flexible, agile environment, adapting to changes and challenges.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a full-stack developer.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with state management libraries like Flux or Redux.
• Expertise in Node.js (experience with NestJS is an advantage) and databases.
• Problem solver with a creative approach to tackling performance issues and complex logic.
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills, including in production environments.
• Self-learner with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.
• Experience with automation testing, CI/CD, AWS, and DevOps is an advantage.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL is an advantage.
