Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement Strategy: Develop and execute sourcing plans to secure quality goods and services in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
• Supplier Relationships: Cultivate productive, long-term partnerships with vendors and service providers; handle contract negotiations and performance follow-ups.
• Cost & Value Optimization: Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for savings and drive smart purchasing decisions without compromising on quality.
• Risk Awareness: Anticipate supply chain challenges and proactively build solutions to reduce potential disruptions.
• Operational Improvements: Evaluate and improve procurement workflows and tools to enhance clarity, accuracy, and responsiveness.
• Material Planning: Oversee raw material planning and availability to ensure alignment with production needs and inventory policies.
• Budget Oversight: Track procurement-related spend and help maintain alignment with financial targets.
• Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all purchasing activity aligns with company values, policies, and applicable regulations.
• Reporting: Provide clear visibility on procurement activity, supplier performance, and key metrics to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement or supply chain roles, preferably in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Excellent analytical thinking and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficiency in procurement tools and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Prior leadership experience is a plus.
