In this role, you will be responsible for driving commercial strategy and performance across key markets in Europe. Your main responsibilities will include:

Strategic Assortment Planning: Develop product assortment based on market trends, seasonal insights, and performance analysis.

Purchasing & Inventory Management: Execute orders and manage inventory aligned with sales forecasts and analytics.

Commercial Analytics: Continuously analyze commercial performance, identify gaps and opportunities, and drive strategic actions.

Pricing & Promotion Strategy: Set prices, manage promotional activities, and ensure profitability targets are achieved.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global and local teams to ensure strategic alignment.

Trend Leadership: Stay at the forefront of industry trends within fashion, retail, and lifestyle categories.

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in commercial/merchandising roles, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or sporting goods retail.

Strong analytical skills and proven ability to make data-driven decisions.

Experience managing cross-organizational projects and international interfaces.

Proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and ERP systems.

Availability for international business travel (approx. 2–3 times annually for up to two weeks).

Flexibility to work Monday–Friday aligned with European business hours.

📍 Location: Central HQ, Israel (with regular European interaction).
