Control-M System Administrator 5231

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Control-M System Administrator to join our Infrastructure Department within the IT Division . This role involves end-to-end responsibility for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Control-M scheduling system, as well as designing critical business workflows, scripting (with a strong focus on PowerShell), smart automation development, and close collaboration with Development, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full administration and maintenance of the Control-M system: operations, upgrades, monitoring, and quality control.
• Designing and scheduling critical business processes across the organization.
• Developing customized automation solutions to improve operational workflows, primarily using PowerShell.
• Diagnosing and resolving complex system issues, performing deep analysis and report generation.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Development, Infrastructure, and Information Security.
• Working in an Azure cloud environment – strong advantage.
• Providing advanced technological solutions aligned with organizational needs.
• Keeping up-to-date with technological trends and implementing relevant innovations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing Control-M systems (including configuration, planning, and monitoring).
• Excellent proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure: operating systems, networks, and databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Experience in automation development and use of DevOps tools – an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and more.
• Experience with Azure – a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps methodologies – an advantage.
