What you’ll be doing:

• Opening new client accounts in the high-tech sector – from lead generation to closing deals
• Managing recruitment processes from A to Z, including handling open roles and coordinating with clients
• Expanding and nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients
• Collaborating closely with our expert tech recruitment teams
• Supporting employees placed at client sites and ensuring satisfaction
• Working with leading tech companies in both the local and global markets

What we’re looking for:

• At least 2 years of experience in sales or account management within the tech outsourcing field – mandatory
• Proven experience in opening new clients independently – mandatory
• Background in tech recruitment or managing recruitment processes – a strong advantage
• Experience working with defense or government sector clients – an advantage
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Business-oriented, energetic, and passionate about success
