We’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced VP R&D to lead the Manyone Mechanical Engineer team at our office in Tel Aviv.

What Will You Do

• Leadership & Mentorship: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of engineers to achieve their best performance and grow professionally.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, development, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with product goals and timelines.
• Technical Expertise: Provide hands-on technical guidance, including reviewing mechanical architectures, validating early concepts, driving critical technical decisions, and supporting design-for-manufacturing across multiple product types.
• Collaboration: Work closely with design directors and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical plans.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce engineering best practices, including structured design reviews, documentation standards, DFM/DFA guidelines, and robust risk management throughout the development process.
• Team Building: Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the R&D team.
  
  

What Will You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any other relevant education.
• 10+ years of experience as an R&D engineer.
• 5+ years of experience as a team lead, managing a team of at least 5-10 Mechanical and Electrical engineers.
• Vast experience in project management, resource allocation, P&L management, and great organizational skills leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record in translating design into manufacturing, ensuring the successful delivery of physical products.
• Advanced analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering.
• Design Software proficiency, including SolidWorks.
• Self-motivated and quick learner.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• A passion for mentoring engineers and fostering a collaborative team environment
