Viora, a leading medical device company providing aesthetic technology Fusion® to thousands of

aesthetic professionals across the globe, enabling millions of patients an access to a family of

aesthetic treatments, is looking for a Mechanical engineer. 

The engineer will deal with a variety of planning and manufacturing issues, will be integrated into planning and development processes, will create product trees, create production portfolios, will deal with component engineering, Engineering investigation cases, will accompany manufacturers and suppliers and the company's products throughout their lifetime.

Responsibilities-

• Mechanical design: Metal &Plastics parts, Jigs & Fixture

• Production support, subcontractors

• PLM Support (ECO, ECR, DMR)

• Component engineering

• NPI/FAI

Requirements-

• Mechanical engineer-BA

• Experience - at least 3 years

• Ability to formulate, speak and write documents in English. Reading, writing in Spanish - an advantage

• Full control of Office applications

• Full control of Solid works

• Familiarity with multidisciplinary systems, electronic/mechanical hardware

• Familiarity with Sheet metal technology, layouts, raw materials, finishes 

• Good human relations, thoroughness, diligence, willingness to work hard.

• Ability to work in a team and maintain an interface with several disciplines.

• Neat and organized.

• Familiarity with printed circuit design and manufacturing technology (mechanical) – Advantage 

• Familiarity with metal and plastic finishing technologies - Advantage

• Familiarity with quality requirements for medical products - Advantage

• Introduction to the field of pneumatics - Advantage

• Knowledge and experience in the E.R.P. system, PRIORITY, SAP - Advantage

• Familiarity with machining technology, engraving, milling - Advantage

• Familiarity with the design and production of injection plastic parts, raw materials – Advantage

• Knowledge and experience of integrated laser systems - an advantage
