A dynamic company in the Travel/Marketing Tech industry is seeking a skilled Fronted Team Leader to join its team.
We specialize in developing innovative web applications that enhance user experiences and drive business growth.
Role Description
As a Fronted Team Leader at Data Directs LTD, you'll be responsible for leading and mentoring our remote-first front-end development team in a hybrid capacity.
This is a hands-on role where you'll drive the technical direction of our projects, primarily using JavaScript, React, and Next.js.
You'll also oversee code reviews to ensure high-quality software delivery and play a key part in managing remote team members, fostering collaboration and productivity.
Qualifications
- Leadership & Mentorship: 3+ years of proven team management experience, demonstrating the ability to lead, inspire, and mentor front-end development teams.
- Specific focus on effective remote team management.
- Technical Prowess: 7+ years of extensive hands-on experience in JavaScript, with deep expertise in React and Next.js for building scalable and modern web applications.
- Code Quality Advocate: Strong experience in performing and guiding code reviews, implementing best practices, and maintaining high coding standards.
- Hands-On Development: A passion for remaining hands-on with coding and architectural design.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience) is preferred.
