Ballerine- Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive the development of scalable software solutions, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO to shape and execute the technical roadmap.
• Take ownership of key projects, from inception to deployment, with a hands-on approach to coding and problem-solving.
• Mentor and lead engineering team members, fostering collaboration and skill development.
• Drive best practices in code quality, architecture, and agile development processes.
• Interface directly with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to keep the platform at the forefront of innovation.
  
  

• Experience: 7+ years in software engineering, with experience leading teams technically, mentoring, and driving technical projects.
• Technical Expertise: Proven track record of scaling products and building resilient, scalable architectures.
• Technology Stack Proficiency: Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, AWS, Temporal, React, xState, NestJS/Fastify, Redis, Kubernetes (K8s), Prometheus, Grafana, OpenAI/Bedrock.
• Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
