Product Manager

CashPilots is on a mission to gamify digital engagement and reward users for their time. We help people earn real money, gift cards, and travel perks simply by playing games, testing apps, and interacting with offers. We're now looking for a visionary Product Manager to take the lead in shaping the product strategy, roadmap, execution and experience for millions of users.

About the Role

We’re looking for a data-driven, user-obsessed Product Manager to own and scale our core product. This is a rare opportunity to lead product vision and execution for a fast-growing, B2C rewards platform.

You’ll be responsible for driving product development with a focus on user experience, retention, monetization, and growth. You must have a strong track record of working with user-facing products (not B2B), and a sharp understanding of how to blend user needs with business goals.

Experience in adtech, gamified apps, rewards systems, or mobile consumer products is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive CashPilots’ product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Own the full product lifecycle: ideation → delivery → iteration
• Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, growth, and data teams
• Lead efforts to improve user engagement, retention, and LTV
• Deeply understand user needs and behavior to develop meaningful features
• Prioritize monetization opportunities across mobile app engagement flows
• Optimize in-app economies and PilotMiles reward systems
• Collaborate with external partners (ad networks, monetization platforms, affiliates)
• Build and lead a growing product team

Requirements

• 3+ years of product leadership experience, preferably in consumer-facing mobile products
• Proven track record of shipping successful B2C products at scale
• Strong understanding of user monetization strategies (ads, rewards, gamification)
• Experience with adtech, affiliate marketing, or performance-based monetization is a big plus
• Highly analytical mindset — comfortable with metrics, A/B testing, funnels, and LTV
• Experience working in agile, fast-moving startup environments
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset
