We are looking for a Front-End Team Leader (React)
Looking for a tech leader with a passion for high-quality code and modern front-end practices.
Must-have requirements:
• 3+ years as a Front-End Team Leader in a fast-paced, product-driven environment
• Expert in React.js + ecosystem (Hooks, Redux, Context API)
• Strong in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Deep understanding of testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
• Hands-on with performance optimization and accessibility
• Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil)
• Familiar with REST APIs, WebSockets
• Knowledge of CI/CD and build tools (Webpack, Vite, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving & communication skills
