🔍 We’re Hiring: Head of Measurement Department 🔍

We're looking for an engineer or an advanced  graduate in the exact sciences to lead our Measurement Department, specializing in the measurement of physical quantities using state of the art acquisition systems, gauges, and a variety of sensors.

✨ Responsibilities:

• Professional leadership and management of the measurement team
• Performing precise measurements such as vibrations, acoustics, force, stress, EMI  in both field and lab environments using advanced equipment
• Analyzing and processing data, drawing insights and conclusions
• Writing high-level scientific and technical reports for customers related to scientific research, nanoelectronics, medical and defence related industries
• Collaborating with internal departments and external clients

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field – required
• High proficiency in Excel and Python – required
• High-level English (reading, writing, and speaking) – required
• Valid driver's license – required
• Advanced degree (PhD , M.Sc.) –advantage
• Proven experience managing a team – advantage
• Experience working with measurement systems and physical instrumentation –advantage
• Strong data processing and analysis skills
• Ability to work both at customer site and in the office
• Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to work independently
