Tech Support Specialist – B2B (Spanish & English Fluency Required)

- Job Details:Work Hours: 3 PM to 12 AM (Monday to Friday)
- Remote Position (or specify the location if applicable)
- Non-Phone Support – All communication is via email and chat.

- What We’re Looking For:Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Fast Learner – Ability to quickly adapt to new processes and tools.
- Experience with B2B Support – A strong advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM Systems – Preferred but not required.
- 2 years experience in a tier3 support role - Advantage
- Support oriented approach, and willingness to assist clients with complex problems with the product
- Extensive knowledge in SQL including familiarity with DataGrip/MySQLWorkbench running queries and updating table data
- Experience working with logs, investigating errors and providing detailed data on complicated issues
- Working within a team and managing employees - Advantage
- Experience with Jira , Freshdesk, Jenkins and Consul software solutions - Advantage
