System Validation Engineer

Job Description:

• Perform functional testing of integrated units: Hardware, Software, Firmware, and RF.
• Conduct root cause analysis of failures and escalate issues to relevant engineering teams.
• Operate advanced test equipment (e.g., Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator) and develop automation scripts for them.
• Execute field trials both in Israel and abroad, including test setup preparation, real-time documentation, and fault monitoring.
• Perform system demonstrations for clients and operate systems at client sites.
• Provide technical training to clients (On-the-Job Training - OJT).

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of experience (as an engineer or practical engineer / technician).
• Proven experience in validation and/or integration testing of complex systems encompassing RF, Hardware, Software, and Firmware.
• Hands-on experience operating test equipment: Signal Generator, Spectrum Analyzer, Scope.
• Proficiency in software development/scripting.
• Ability to design and set up complex test environments.
• Strong technical writing skills for creating detailed test documentation.
• Knowledge of MATLAB – a significant advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively abroad.
• High capacity for independent learning.
