A leading industrial plant is hiring a Maintenance Manager.

Job responsibilities:

- Managing the maintenance department, including direct leadership of the team

- Full responsibility for all equipment and systems, including planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance

- Overseeing training and certification processes for team members

- Ongoing collaboration with multiple internal and external interfaces, including subcontractors

Requirements:

- Proven experience in maintenance management and leading technical teams – must

- Relevant education (e.g., Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Practical Engineering)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Good level of English
