A leading SaaS platform providing tools for e-commerce websites (email marketing, SMS, pop-ups, and more) is looking for an experienced Technical Support Representative with a strong background in digital and e-commerce.

📌 What the role includes:

Performing integrations and providing ongoing technical support to websites using our platform
Handling support tickets and participating in screen-sharing sessions with clients

📌 Must-have requirements:

At least 2 years of hands-on B2B technical support experience within the e-commerce industry — from your most recent job
Experience working at a SaaS company offering tools or products for e-commerce — also from your most recent job
