Financial Controller

Our client, a leading medical device company, is looking for an experienced Financial Controller to oversee its accounting and financial operations. This role reports to the CFO and plays a critical part in driving financial excellence across the organization.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead financial reporting (annual & quarterly consolidated statements)

✔ Oversee management reporting (monthly FS & presentations)

✔ Drive FP&A, cost accounting, and inventory management

✔ Manage annual audits, tax reporting, and risk assessment

✔ Handle credit, collections, cash management, and forecasting

✔ Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal controls

🔹 What You’ll Do:

🔸 Plan and coordinate all accounting operations, including bookkeeping oversight

🔸 Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

🔸 Support external audits, preparing required work papers (WPs)

🔸 Assess and improve internal controls and financial processes

🔸 Oversee A/R, A/P, journal entries, and month-end close processes

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

✅ CPA with 7+ years of experience in accounting/controlling roles

✅ Experience working in a Big 4

✅ Strong background in financial reporting, IFRS, and audits

✅ Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

✅ Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and drive continuous improvement

✅ Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

📍 Location: Office-based with one day per week remote
