Operating in a complex commercial environment, we maintain active interfaces with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies worldwide.

Job Description:

• Full responsibility for the company’s bookkeeping up to trial balance
• Managing financial operations with both domestic and international stakeholders (clients, suppliers, partners)
• Bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, monthly and quarterly closings
• Responsibility for reporting to authorities (VAT, withholding tax, etc.)
• Ongoing collaboration with external auditors
• Cash flow control and forecasting
• Handling foreign currency income and multi-currency transactions

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an independent bookkeeper up to trial balance – mandatory
• Demonstrated experience in commercial companies with an annual turnover of $20M+ – mandatory
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP/Oracle systems – mandatory
• High-level English (reading and writing) – mandatory
• Experience working with international partners – significant advantage
• Certified Bookkeeper Level 3 – mandatory
