What You'll Do: Lead with Impact

• Strategize: Define and drive the technical roadmap for cutting-edge .NET applications and scalable architecture to power CET’s core operations.
• Inspire: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of rockstar developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Innovate: Design and champion high-performance microservices using .NET Core, .NET 6.0+, REST APIs, gRPC, and GraphQL.
• Optimize: Drive database efficiency through expertly designed MS SQL databases and optimized data flows.
• Assure Quality: Oversee rigorous testing protocols to ensure impeccable code quality and system reliability.
• Solve Problems: Lead the charge in overcoming complex technical challenges and keeping CET systems at peak performance.
• Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams to align strategies and drive continuous improvement in system design and functionality.

What You Bring: Your Innovative Edge

• Proven mastery of C#, the .NET suite, and robust architecture principles (.NET Core, .NET 6.0+).
• Successful track record in developing and deploying microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Deep expertise in database design, SQL, and performance optimization (MS SQL expertise a major plus!).
• Extensive knowledge of system design and proven experience in solving complex production problems.
• In-depth knowledge of applying design patterns and architecture solutions to real-life software problems.
• Proficiency in multi-threading and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with additional technologies (Python, NodeJS, JavaScript, .NET Framework 4.5 - 4.8, ASP.NET MVC, NoSQL databases, and Microsoft Azure) adds value.
• At least 8 years of comprehensive experience in .NET/C# development and team leadership.
