Information Technology Project Manager

IT Project Manager – Defense Industry | Northern Israel

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead cross-organizational IT activities within large-scale, multi-disciplinary defense projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end IT delivery across all project phases, aligned with system engineering, cybersecurity, DevOps, and IT architecture requirements.
• Act as the focal point between project leadership and IT domain leads (Cyber, System, DevOps, Infrastructure).
• Manage schedules, risks, deliverables, and budgets while working in a matrixed structure.
• Lead IT work planning, tracking, and implementation in close coordination with engineering and project stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaboration and alignment with internal and external interfaces.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to documentation and risk management.
• Support multiple concurrent projects.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience managing complex IT projects.
• Proven experience in matrix management of multidisciplinary IT teams (System, Networking, Cyber, DevOps) – 5+ team members.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience in defense or complex engineering environments – an advantage.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
