A fast-growing cyber threat intelligence company is looking for a results-driven Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead all revenue-generating functions and accelerate global growth. The CRO will oversee sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success, aligning go-to-market strategies to drive sustainable and scalable revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full revenue lifecycle: sales, marketing, customer success, and partner channels.
- Develop and execute a global go-to-market strategy across target verticals.
- Drive predictable revenue growth and expand market presence in key regions (US, EU, APAC).
- Build and lead high-performing, cross-functional commercial teams.
- Collaborate closely with product and finance leadership to align growth strategies.
- Track KPIs, pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure accountability and ROI.
Requirements
- 10+ years of senior leadership in B2B SaaS or technology sales and revenue roles.
- Cybersecurity experience is required.
- Proven success in scaling ARR and leading international GTM teams.
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, channel partnerships, and customer retention.
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Native-level English.
