Backend Team Lead

Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and implementation of high-quality software solutions.

Requirements:

- 7+ years as a backend Python developer with a strong focus on API development using Flask.

- Proficient in AWS cloud services and databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).

- Experienced in Docker for containerization and deployment.

- Knowledge of queuing systems like RabbitMQ and front-end development is a plus.

- A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.

- Strong communicator and team player with a proactive “Get things done” attitude.
