Controller

We are seeking a Controller to oversee financial operations and reporting for a group of international companies across multiple regions This role will play a key part in financial reporting and control, and driving business efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, and a proven ability to manage financial operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a finance team in Israel.
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and variance of reports.
• Support financial operations across multiple business units.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Optimize cash flow, and financial controls.
• Implement best practices in financial reporting and internal controls.
• Drive automation and efficiency improvements in financial processes.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting- a must.
• Big 4 experience with 2-5 years of experience in financial controlling.
• Experience with managing a team of 3-5 employees.
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
• Conduct ongoing controls over bookkeeping for companies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and great communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• English-High level
