About HaRatzif: HaRatzif, Tel Aviv’s Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center in Neve Sha'anan, serves as a home for early-stage entrepreneurs. Our goal is to identify, nurture, and grow high-potential technology ventures, leveraging the resources of HaRatzif, Tel Aviv Tech, and the ecosystem to create successful startup companies. The center provides entrepreneurs with a supportive environment that includes acceleration and training programs, mentorship from senior mentors, connections to investors and strategic partners, and a collaborative and inspiring workspace. HaRatzif is managed by the Tel Aviv Global, the municipal corporation that promotes Tel Aviv in the international arena, and is an integral part of "Tel Aviv Tech," the municipal program for cooperation with the city's tech and entrepreneurship industry.

Job Description: We are looking for a visionary and passionate Manager who will lead HaRatzif to become a central growth engine for startups in the city. The role focuses on building a strong entrepreneurial community, developing and operating effective programs for growing ventures, and mentoring entrepreneurs from the idea stage until they become sustainable companies.

Main Tasks:

• Leading the vision and strategy of HaRatzif.
• Managing and developing entrepreneurship programs: Developing and managing advanced entrepreneurship programs, including accelerators, practical workshops, and customized support programs for entrepreneurs, focusing on building business models, raising initial capital, and market penetration.
• Building and managing an entrepreneurial community: Creating, nurturing, and managing an active and vibrant entrepreneurial community at HaRatzif, encouraging knowledge sharing, networking, and collaborations.
• Mentoring and consulting for ventures: Managing the mentorship and consulting program for entrepreneurs and ventures at the center, assisting with growth challenges, business development, and connecting to relevant networks (mentors, investors, potential clients).
• Scouting and recruiting entrepreneurs and ventures: Actively scouting for high-potential entrepreneurs and ventures and bringing them into HaRatzif's programs.
• Creating strategic partnerships: Creating and cultivating collaborations with leading entities in the entrepreneurship and investment ecosystem (venture capital funds, angel investors, corporations, technological incubators, universities) in Israel and internationally, and connecting entrepreneurs to "Tel Aviv Tech" resources.
• Developing professional content: Building and designing a content and methodology program for entrepreneurship development, integrating experts from industry and academia, to provide entrepreneurs with practical tools for success.
• Marketing and branding: Responsibility for marketing and branding HaRatzif as a leading entrepreneurship center.
• Ongoing management: Administrative and budget management of the center, facility management (maintenance, cleaning, security), and team management (community/marketing coordinator, operation coordinator, volunteers, and interns).
• Measurement and evaluation: Tracking success metrics of ventures and programs, and drawing lessons for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

Prerequisites:

• Bachelor's degree – mandatory or At least 4 years of managerial experience in the social and/or entrepreneurial field and/or community management.
• Master's degree – an advantage; preference for degrees in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Innovation, Public Policy, Computer Science, etc.
• and social media marketing skills.
• English at a mother-tongue level or very high proficiency – speaking, reading, and writing.

Additional Requirements:

• Skills in building and managing entrepreneurial communities and leading group processes.
• Experience in fundraising, resource development, creating strategic partnerships, and connecting to investors.
• Ability to lead complex processes and manage projects from end to end.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to engage and motivate people, and create effective work interfaces.

• Impressive oral and written expression skills and public speaking abilities.

Advantages:

• Relevant experience as an entrepreneur or working directly with startups (e.g., managing an accelerator, venture capital fund, business development role in a tech company).
• Deep familiarity with the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Tel Aviv and in Israel.
• Familiarity with the Neve Sha'anan neighborhood and its surroundings.
• Experience in managing an independent unit / company / non-profit organization (NGO).

על הרציף: הרציף, מרכז היזמות והחדשנות של תל אביב-יפו בנווה שאנן, מהווה בית ליזמים בשלבים הראשונים (Early Stage)/ מטרתנו היא לזהות, לטפח ולהצמיח מיזמים טכנולוגיים בעלי פוטנציאל גבוה, תוך רתימת משאבי הרציף, תל אביב טק והאקוסיסטם ליצירת חברות סטארטאפ מצליחות. המרכז מעניק ליזמים סביבה תומכת הכוללת תוכניות האצה והכשרה ייעודיות, ליווי מנטורים בכירים, חיבור למשקיעים ושותפים אסטרטגיים, ומרחב עבודה שיתופי ומעורר השראה. הרציף מנוהל על ידי מנהלת עיר עולם ותיירות, התאגיד העירוני המקדם את תל אביב-יפו בזירה הבין-לאומית, והוא חלק אינטגרלי מ"תל אביב טק", התוכנית העירונית לשיתוף פעולה עם תעשיית ההייטק והיזמות בעיר.

תיאור התפקיד: אנו מחפשים מנהל/ת בעל/ת חזון ותשוקה לעולם היזמות, שיוביל/תוביל את הרציף להפוך למנוע צמיחה מרכזי של סטארטאפים בעיר. התפקיד מתמקד בבניית קהילת יזמים חזקה, פיתוח והפעלת תוכניות אפקטיביות לגידול מיזמים, וליווי של יזמים משלב הרעיון ועד להפיכתם לחברות בנות קיימא.

משימות עיקריות:

• הובלת החזון והאסטרטגיה של הרציף,
• ניהול ופיתוח תוכניות יזמות:  פיתוח וניהול תוכניות יזמות מתקדמות, כולל אקסלרטורים, סדנאות מעשיות, ותוכניות ליווי מותאמות אישית ליזמים, תוך התמקדות בבניית מודלים עסקיים, גיוס הון ראשוני וחדירה לשוק.
• בניית וניהול קהילת יזמים: יצירה, טיפוח וניהול של קהילת יזמים פעילה ותוססת ברציף, המעודדת שיתוף ידע, נטוורקינג ושיתופי פעולה.
• ליווי וייעוץ למיזמים:  ניהול תוכנית הליווי וייעוץ ליזמים ולמיזמים במרכז, סיוע באתגרי צמיחה, פיתוח עסקי וחיבור לרשתות קשרים רלוונטיות (מנטורים, משקיעים, לקוחות פוטנציאליים).
• איתור וגיוס יזמים ומיזמים: איתור פעיל של יזמים ומיזמים בעלי פוטנציאל גבוה והכנסתם לתוכניות הרציף.
• יצירת שותפויות אסטרטגיות: יצירה וטיפוח שיתופי פעולה עם גורמים מובילים באקוסיסטם היזמות וההשקעות (קרנות הון סיכון, אנג'לים, תאגידים, חממות טכנולוגיות, אוניברסיטאות) בארץ ובעולם, וחיבור יזמים למשאבי "תל אביב טק".
• פיתוח תוכן מקצועי: בנייה ועיצוב תוכנית תכנים ומתודולוגיות לפיתוח יזמות, תוך שילוב מומחים מהתעשייה ומהאקדמיה, במטרה להקנות ליזמים כלים פרקטיים להצלחה.
• שיווק ומיתוג: אחריות על שיווק ומיתוג הרציף כמרכז מוביל ליזמות  
• ניהול שוטף: ניהול המרכז מבחינה אדמיניסטרטיבית, תקציבית, ניהול המבנה (אחזקה, ניקיון, ביטחון) וניהול צוות (רכז קהילה, אחמ"ש, מתנדבים ומתמחים).
• מדידה והערכה: מעקב אחר מדדי הצלחה של המיזמים והתוכניות, והפקת לקחים לשיפור מתמיד.

דרישות התפקיד:

תנאי סף:

• תואר ראשון- חובה או לחילופין לפחות 4 שנות ניסיון בתפקיד ניהולי בתחום היזמי ו/או ניהול קהילה ו/או טכנלוגי.
• תואר שני – יתרון; יתרון לבעלי תואר בתחום רלוונטי כגון: מנהל עסקים, חדשנות, מדיניות ציבורית, מדעי המחשב וכו'
• שליטה מלאה ביישומי Office ויכולות שיווק במדיה חברתית.
• אנגלית ברמת שפת אם או רמה גבוהה מאוד – דיבור, קריאה וכתיבה.

• יכולת בבניית וניהול קהילות יזמים ובהובלת תהליכים קבוצתיים.
• ניסיון בגיוס משאבים, יצירת שותפויות אסטרטגיות וחיבור למשקיעים.
• יכולת הובלת תהליכים מורכבים וניהול פרויקטים מקצה לקצה.
• יחסי אנוש מעולים, יכולת רתימה והנעה של אנשים ויצירת ממשקי עבודה אפקטיביים.
• יעילות, יכולת ביצוע מוכחת, יכולת למידה מהירה ועבודה עצמאית.
• כושר ביטוי מרשים בעל פה ובכתב ויכולות עמידה מול קהל.
