Bookkeeper

We are Hiring: 2 Bookkeepers – Clients & Vendors | Tel Aviv

Our finance team is expanding! We're currently hiring for two separate bookkeeping positions at our Tel Aviv office:

1. Bookkeeper – Client Accounts
2. Bookkeeper – Vendor Accounts

📍 Location: Tel Aviv, Weizmann Street (near the courthouse)

🕒 Position Type: Full-time

What You'll Do:

Depending on the position, responsibilities include:

Client Accounts Role:

• Manage client billing and collections
• Issue and track invoices
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies

Vendor Accounts Role:

• Handle supplier invoices and payments
• Track purchase orders and expenses
• Reconcile vendor statements and manage payment schedules

What We’re Looking For:

• Certified bookkeeper – Level 2 or above
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Priority, SAP, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Fluent in Hebrew; English proficiency is an advantage
