Senior Backend Software Developer

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in technical leadership, helping to drive architectural decisions and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment. Utilize your expertise in C#, .NET, Kubernetes, and Azure to build high-performance, secure, and scalable solutions.

Technical Leadership

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise and mentorship, promoting best practices and modern technologies.
• Contribute to architectural decisions ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
• Research and introduce new technologies to enhance system capabilities.
  
  

• Design, develop, and maintain distributed, microservices-based systems using C# and .NET.
• Build and optimize trading-related financial services within Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Develop high-performance, fault-tolerant backend systems.
  
  

• Address complex technical challenges related to performance and security.
• Own critical production issues, ensuring quick resolution and system reliability.
• Proactively prevent potential failures impacting business operations.
  
  

• Participate in requirements definition and system analysis.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Finance, and Legal teams to align with business goals.
• Drive cross-team solutions, managing dependencies and technical constraints.
  
  

• Be a self-learner and problem solver with a proactive attitude.
• Take ownership of projects from concept to production, maintaining high-quality standards under tight deadlines.
  
  

• 8+ years of backend development experience with C# and .NET - MUST
• Strong expertise in distributed systems & microservices architecture - MUST
• Cloud experience (Azure preferred) - MUST
• MS SQL Server & database architecture experience - MUST
• Familiarity with Git for version control
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker - a big plus
• Degree in Computer Science or relevant military experience
• Professional English (written & spoken) - MUST
