Chief Product Officer (CPO)

We are seeking an experienced and hight technical Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead our product strategy and development. Our company specializes in cloud enterprise solutions for merchandise and inventory management, leveraging machine learning to enhance forecasting and optimize retail operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience leading development teams and transitioning from a VP of R&D to VP/Sr. VP of Product roles, ideally within a SaaS company.

Responsibilities

• **Product Strategy:** Define and implement the product vision and roadmap, aligning with business goals to maximize sell-through, margins, and overall sales.
• **Innovation Leadership:** Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and retail processes to keep our solutions at the forefront of the industry.
• **Team Collaboration:** Inspire and lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to create products that meet market demands.
• **Market Analysis:** Conduct extensive market research and analyze consumer behavior to guide product development and feature enhancements.
• **Scalable Solutions:** Oversee the development of scalable cloud infrastructure solutions capable of efficiently handling large data volumes.
• **Stakeholder Engagement:** Work closely with leadership, partners, and clients to ensure product offerings meet strategic objectives and customer needs.
  
  

• Proven experience as a CPO or in a similar leadership role within a tech or retail-focused organization.
• Strong experience leading development teams and transitioning from a VP of R&D to VP/Sr. VP of Product roles, ideally within a SaaS company.
• Background in products related to Analytics, ERP, CRM, or similar fields.
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms and data-driven product development.
• Significant experience with machine learning applications for forecasting and inventory management.
• Retail industry experience is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to foster cross-departmental collaboration.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and the ability to execute on long-term product visions.
