Billing Agent (Israeli Market) (Remote)

An international healthcare billing firm in is hiring a Billing Agent (Remote) for the Israeli market.

Responsibilities

• Locate, contact, and assist patients in completing the claims process with their travel insurance companies.
• Collaborate with travel insurance companies in Israel and the USA to negotiate and settle claims.
• Manage a large portfolio of healthcare-related claims efficiently and effectively.
  
  

• Proven experience in claims processing, operations, or sales within the insurance industry (required).
• In-depth knowledge of travel insurance policies (required).
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English (required).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience working with CRM, ERP, or workflow systems.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Exceptional organizational and administrative abilities.
• A minimum of an undergraduate university degree.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and capable of working independently.
  
  

• The role requires a training period of 1-2 months conducted in the office before transitioning to a remote work arrangement.
