Our user-facing applications are responsible for handling large volumes of transactions that provide significant revenue for our business. Along with coding, you will be responsible for working with product managers, backend developers and designers on our agile team structure. What you'll bring

• 8+ years of professional experience in SW development
• Deep expertise and at least 5 years of experience writing in Java and modern frameworks
• Strong hands-on proven experience in large-scale SW architecture and design in cloud distributed systems
• Experience in solving high scale problems in production environments
• Strong knowledge of cloud and devops technologies: K8S, CI/CD, AWS
• Strong leadership experience, including leading meetings, presenting, serving as a technical go-to person, and being a cross-functional leader.
• Business acumen, with strategic thinking and strategy development skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Passion for your work and a desire to push boundaries.
• Ability to adapt to different tech stack and tech stacks and technologies.
• Understanding of AI principles and ability to leverage AI-powered tools or insights.
