IT & Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT and Infrastructure Project Manager to lead complex, cross-organizational projects from start to finish. This role requires strong technical understanding, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines, and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading complex IT projects from initiation to completion
• Planning, execution, and monitoring of IT deliverables according to project architecture and requirements
• Matrix management of technical teams including System, Networking, Cybersecurity, and DevOps
• Close collaboration with stakeholders, development teams, and project leadership
• Drafting technical documentation and leading formal organizational processes
• Managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high standards and deadlines

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in IT project management
• Experience in matrix management of technical teams
• In-depth knowledge of IT domains: System, Networking, Cybersecurity, DevOps
• Experience working in both On-Prem and Cloud environments
• Strong independent working skills, fast learner, and problem-solving ability
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Advantages: Software background, Bachelor's degree, relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, AWS, CCNA)
