CPQ Business Analyst

What does the role include?

Full responsibility for the maintenance and enhancement of the Salesforce CPQ platform

Ongoing system management, including user management, profiles, permissions, and more

Close collaboration with both technical and business stakeholders to understand needs and tailor solutions

Providing support and training to users across the organization

Designing and building advanced reports and dashboards for control, operations, and sales purposes

Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator — must

2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ — must

Excellent proficiency in Office applications

Very high level of English (spoken and written) — must

Service-oriented, strong interpersonal communication skills, and a proactive mindset
