🚀 The Role: Founding Marketing & Growth Lead

As our first hire, you’ll be at the heart of everything we do. You’ll work closely with the founder to shape the company’s services, brand, and market presence. You’ll help build Bloom's strategy and operations — and be hands-on in execution.

This is not your average marketing job — it’s a unique opportunity to lead, create, and grow with a company from day one.

🎯 What You'll Do:

• Develop and define Bloom’s services and pricing models through market research and creative positioning.
• Create marketing strategies to attract small business clients, including brand building, digital campaigns, and content.
• Lead sales efforts – from generating leads to closing deals and onboarding clients.
• Design and manage advertising campaigns (social media, email, paid ads, etc.).
• Build marketing assets (presentations, landing pages, proposals, etc.).
• Research industry trends and competitor activity to refine our approach.
• Shape internal systems and processes as the company scales.

🧠 Who You Are:

• A self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, zero-structure environments.
• Strategic thinker + creative executor = your natural balance.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development (agency/startup experience is a plus).
• Strong writing and communication skills (Hebrew and/or English).
• Familiar with tools like Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, Notion, etc.
• Curious, ambitious, and hungry to build something from scratch.
