Resonetics, a global leader in advanced engineering, prototyping, product development, and micro manufacturing is looking for a Quality Engineer:

Responsibilities

Working with customers and suppliers, including:

Documenting and handling customer complaints.
Internal and supplier-related non-conformances (NCMR).
CAPA – Managing in-depth investigations using standard tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, and Process Flow Mapping.
Preparing and managing Change Orders across various departments until release.
Use of statistical tools – an advantage.
Responsibility for overseeing the annual audit plan and conducting audits in practice.

Qualifications

Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) / Industrial Engineering / Chemistry / Life Sciences – preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in the field of quality.
