Bookkeeper

A leading international company is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper up to trial balance, with a proactive mindset and a true passion for the profession.

What will you actually be doing in this role?

• Full-cycle bookkeeping: banks, credit cards, customers, suppliers

• Credit card reconciliations and customer payments

• Various types of reconciliations: company credit cards, bank accounts, intercompany, supplier reconciliations, and more

• Handling petty cash, collections, and customer invoicing

• Preparing payroll-related materials (e.g., attendance reports, insurance documentation, etc.)

• Annual and ongoing reporting to authorities, monthly reports for management, and preparing materials for the balance sheet

• Direct work with the CFO

• Full-time position, Sunday–Thursday, with an option for one work-from-home day

• Location: Bnei Brak, on the border with Ramat Gan – excellent access to public transportation and the light rail. Guaranteed employee parking.

Requirements:

• Certified Bookkeeping Certificate Level 2 or 3 – mandatory

• 3–5 years of experience as a sole bookkeeper up to trial balance – mandatory

• Full proficiency in Excel and Hashavshevet, including journal entry imports – mandatory

• Familiarity with EZ Match – advantageous

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, a high sense of responsibility, and excellent interpersonal skills – mandatory
