Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Geographic Information System (GIS) Specialist, located in Modiin-Maccabim-Reut. The GIS Specialist will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and managing geospatial data, creating and maintaining maps, ensuring data quality, and supporting urban planning and development projects. Day-to-day tasks include GIS data analysis, creating cartographic products, managing spatial databases, and collaborating with other departments to utilize GIS for various municipal projects.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Geospatial Data analysis
• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Data Management
• Ability to create and interpret Maps
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Cartography, or a related field
• Experience in municipal planning or urban development is an advantage
