Job Description

Are you ready to join TAPI? We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join Teva Tech site as an Associate Director Site QA in Revital Maor Aloni's Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all Quality Assurance activities at the site, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate standards, and industry best practices.

If you have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of GMP regulations, and a proven track record in managing QA teams in a pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing environment you are the one we are looking for.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the site QA team and ensure alignment with global quality strategies.
• Oversee quality systems including deviations, CAPAs, change control, and audits.
• Ensure site compliance with all applicable regulatory and corporate requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, QC, regulatory affairs, and other departments and ensure minimal risk to processes and products
• Support inspections by regulatory authorities and customer audits.
  
  

• At least 5 years in Experience in QA, with a minimum of 3 years leadership role.
• Skills: Leadership ability, systemic vision, and strategic thinking.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA, EMA, and other relevant regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving
