Job Summary

We’re looking for a product leader who is comfortable operating in dynamic, evolving environments, challenges assumptions, and drives clarity and execution. You will take full ownership of our traveler-facing flight booking tools that are highly configurable and deployed by airlines as white-label solutions. This role is both strategic and hands-on. You will be the de facto product manager for this space, responsible for shaping the roadmap, driving execution, and delivering real impact. You must be autonomous, structured, and deeply customer-focused.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

• 7+ years of experience in software product management with a proven track record of delivering B2B or B2B2C SaaS products
• Experience leading and mentoring other product managers
• Hands-on experience with white-label or highly configurable product solutions
• Demonstrated success in releasing new products from zero to one
• Deep understanding of end-to-end product management processes
• Strong background in customer discovery and turning feedback into actionable insights
• Experience working closely with UX designers, leading discovery and shaping product experiences
• Highly independent and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Experience in the aviation or travel tech industry is a strong advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
