As a Cognyter you will:

• Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Business Partnering: Provide financial guidance to business units, translating data into strategic recommendations.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis, monitor key financial metrics, and deliver insights.
• Executive Reporting: Prepare high-impact reports for leadership, including board and investor presentations.
• Process Improvement: Streamline FP&A processes, enhance automation, and improve reporting efficiency.
  
  

• 4+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in technology, cybersecurity, or a high-growth environment.
• BA in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (MBA/CPA a plus).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with expertise in Excel. Experience with Tableau, Hyperion, or PowerPoint is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and business partnering skills to influence decision-making.
• Adaptable, curious, and eager to drive continuous improvement.
• Fluent in written and spoken English
