Project Manager

We're hiring a CRM Project Manager!

Responsibilities:

• Leading business and operational projects, including process mapping, implementation, and integration of internal technological systems
• Collaborating with and motivating a wide range of stakeholders; working closely with departments such as Marketing, Customer Service, Technology, Compliance, and Data
• Measuring and monitoring process performance and leading cross-organizational change initiatives
• Conducting gap analyses, writing specifications, implementing solutions, and establishing controls

Mandatory Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in an Organization & Methods (O&M) department – mandatory
• Experience working in a large and/or rapidly growing organization – mandatory
• In-depth understanding of organizational processes, process improvement, and customer service domains
• Strong familiarity with work methodologies and project management tools
• Ability to work with enterprise information systems, including CRM – significant advantage
• Background in financial or FinTech companies – significant advantage
• Experience from strategic consulting firms and/or process management – advantage
• Understanding and/or experience with advanced technological tools, including AI solutions, automation, and analytics
