Business Development Manager

A leading industrial company specializing in manufacturing and marketing products for the defense sector is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead complex, long-term business development processes and identify new market opportunities in Israel and abroad.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities in both defense and civilian markets
• Manage complex, long-term sales processes with strategic clients
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, partners, and opportunities
• Promote commercial collaborations with integrators, platform manufacturers, and government entities
• Lead commercial negotiations and collaborate with engineering, marketing, and operations teams
• Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and marketing events domestically and internationally

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or business development in the aerospace/defense industry – required
• Proven experience with strategic clients, including government and defense organizations
• Technical understanding of thermal systems, ground cooling, and flow control components – strong advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills, independent leadership, and process management
• High energy, proactive approach, and ability to work under pressure
• Fluent in English – verbal, written, and presentation
• Academic degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, Political Science, or International Relations)
• Willingness to travel abroad
