About the role:
The Renewal Sales Representative will be responsible for direct sales, negotiation and administrative support as part of Radware renewal teams in Israel and will handle part of CALA territories.
Work Hours: Sunday to Thursday from noon - to ensure compatibility with CALA working hours
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire renewal process for existing clients, ensuring that all contracts are renewed in a timely and accurate manner. This includes preparing renewal quotations, sending reminders to clients, and following up on outstanding renewals.
- Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and partners to understand their needs and provide quotations for their existing solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and finance teams to streamline the renewal process and address any client concerns.
- Analyze renewal data to identify trends, churns and opportunities for improvement.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Native Spanish speaker from Latin America and English and Hebrew at an advanced level (both written and spoken) is required.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in account management or renewals.
- 2+ years of experience in similar role within the Hi-Tech industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with Excel, CRM and Oracle Cloud or other ERP solutions.
- Ability to handle complex customer situations and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
